DIGITAL MILLENNIUM COPYRIGHT ACT (DMCA) POLICY

Selah Money Ministries, LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website, products, services, and digital platforms to do the same.

COUNTER-NOTIFICATION

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature.

• Identification of the material that was removed and where it previously appeared.

• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court located in your judicial district (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which the Company may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice or their agent.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement.

REPEAT INFRINGERS

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website, products, communities, or services for users who repeatedly infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
